HS - preempt may have just been posting an article (leaving it open as to whether or not he had noticed the obvious ferror). But your attempt to make of it what it clearly is not is laughable and is either ramping or demonstrative of a serious lapse in thinking.

You placed emphasis on the following quote:

"As a result of the Company’s continued participation in the uranium mid- and long-term sales markets, Ur-Energy has secured sales commitments for approximately 518,000 pounds U3O8 at an average realizable sales price of $51.10/lb in 2014"

But why? The quote merely confirms that NO new contracts have been entered into. It is merely saying that the company is continuing to participate in "the uranium mid- and long-term sales markets" - and that is CLEARLY via its pre-existing contracts signed in 2011 and 2012 - and that the "sales commitments" referred to were those determined under those pre-existing contracts.

Check the history on Ur-Energy's web site. Those 2011 and 2012 contracts were for the circa 500,000 lbs of those "sales commitments".
