As for BHP and Woodside, I don't invest with them.

Besides, both of these companies are also listed in overseas jurisdiction and overseas market/exchanges, including the USA, whereby that "Forward Looking Statements" are a must.
We all know how easy it is to start a legal case/action against someone in the USA. Don't we??

We are talking about Australia here. And not many companies, are using it.
