But he failed and was called to account.

I cant understand why our ESG sp is not soaring today as we have been fed another drip of information to quench our ardour.

I can only surmise that the Market reckons that if STO is to pay up its 35% of field development the Final Feasible Field Development Option may not be easily agreed.
