A$2 has turned from a gut feeling to a very possible reality by New Year. I hasten to add at this stage though that A$2 is by no means a suggested exit by myself but simply a stepping stone on the way to what I believe will be exceptional gains over the coming years if the business plan comes to fruition - as I expect it has every chance of doing.

Many Uranium stocks are simply froth in the form of stockmarket promotions, in reality they will get nowhere, most of us know this. The Uranium sector as a whole has been plagued by speculative money up to this point with little understanding of the complexities of the sector, hardly surprising considering it is a relatively new investment sector. I certainly don't claim to be an expert. After the initial froth though the sector as a whole is maturing, well walking rather than crawling on all fours, it is still obviously in the very earliest of stages. Investors however are starting to look deeper into companies rather than throwing money into anything with a 'U' in it. As a consequence I believe the long term sticky money will continue to migrate towards the handful of companies that offer the assets and management to give it the highest chance of success, as ever nothing is ever guaranteed and the drill bit inevitably tells the true picture in the end.

It's my belief that Uranex, could, potentially be a bit of a monster in the years ahead but at this stage in the business model that's obviously just pure speculation. From a chart point of view I have said for a while that a substantial player/s is holding Uranex's hand leading it up to far higher levels, I saw a similar occurrence with Platinum Australia on it's 14c technical breakout. So to clarify the situation somewhat, the charting has been so successful on Uranex because we have a major (institutional) player/s building a large long term position, as such from a charting perspective it makes my job a lot easier. Add to this the long term sticky retail investor money migrating it's way towards the company/sector and Uranex looks as though for those prepared to have a little patience could see their existing entry levels as an average daily move going forward.

    Have a great Christmas everyone.
