    It is nice to see illiquid,

    And lets not forget that Uranerz is on the other side of the PRB and is mostly on state land, so much harder to get permitting through. Whereas Pen's projects are in a low level pastoral area and privately owned. It should be a relatively smooth permitting process for them.
