am i right when i say TOE is not even a miner? I thought they were developing and exploring the feasibility of mining the site.
so if they could sell the site to a miner and let the miner get the approvals, mine it and pay TOE a royalty or percentage right?
this way they won't need to cap raise and stay debt free.
