So TOE needs the 3 approvals to move the project forward,.. I got in thinking that TOE would follow VMY on the approvals requirements as it wasn't high cost and im sure SH would of been happy to fund it in a CR and it wasn't much work required in VMY case...
All i can say is TOE board drop the ball on the requirements and TOE SP could of be up or maybe a T/O like VMY...
Rudicoin phone call conversation few months ago with a director said the board was more focus on Nickle now...If thats the case disappointing
