don't count Namibia in all the african mess is a very stable country and already has several uranium mines Rossing and Langer Heinrich also Paladin managed to get Langer Heinrich started up in quick time due to the help of the Namibian government. Also they have a very skilled mining workforce in the country. The government is serious about expanding uranium mining in the country and has stopped the supply of land so the existing explorers can concentrate on getting their projects to mining stage. Already a Canadian Uranium miner is close to finalising a feasiblity study and has the funding in place to commence mining.
The main ones to benefit from namibia in the future in no particular order BMN,WME,ERN,PDN
