Three new radiometric anomalies identified at the Yarlbrinda Project (EL
3217) in an area of the Gawler Craton in far west South Australia.
• Anomalies cover 4 square kilometres near modern palaeochannel-type
drainage systems.
• Anomalous airborne radiometric data is a significant 30 times uranium
background, indicating a highly anomalous uranium source.
• New anomalies are in addition to those announced earlier this month
some 50 kilometres further to the south within Yarlbrinda South (EL
3160), a project area abutting the southern border of the Yarlbrinda
tenement
• Ground radiometric survey and surface sampling program has been
completed at Yarlbrinda South and is now underway to the north on
Yarlbrinda project.
