Uranium deal was a done deal ages ago when they spun off the company (TEU)

There will be no ann from NAD or maybe as a significant holder when TEU start to do something, like cap raise, (review their last quarterly)

The next ann from NAD will be a increase in shareholdings from Joe Gutnick. Whom once in control of NAD will have almost complete control of TEU
My guess is Joe brought shares from Mark Creasy, who through consistent cap raising fell out of the 5% range and could sell without notifying the market

Good to see the previous directors of this company are back to getting franchises with Jims Gardening
