Yesterday's announcement was flagged in the quarterly report...I really need to read those more carefully from now on.
PTS starting to regain lost ground after a horror GFC.
Now that the market is back in full swing, and assuming market conditions continue to be favourable, they are likely to list 2 new companies next year (Silver City, and Thomson resources which will be a joint spin off with Minotaur).
It is highly likely that PTS, like their previous spinoff Eastern Iron and Western Plains, will have large holdings in both companies. I assume PTS shareholders will also get priority access to the IPOs for these spin offs.
