They are all just wasting their time because the lifting of the zero tolerance is a foregone conclusion and would be done by now, but for political processes. I think that the management at GMEL are somewhat frustrated at the delay in announcing the lifting of the ban - hence the latest changes in the time lines for mining license approval and construction commencing - but as I said previously, you can't rush these things - that's politics!
We are still on a winner here - BIG TIME (however long it takes)
