    I have now done extensive research on AKN and their new Uranium projects in Tanzania which I feel could add significant value to shareholders here in AKN. I have broken this up in to sections

    Management & Team Asimwe Kabunga

    There are several aspects to the project which I like, first and foremost it was introduced by (and comes with) the legendary Asimwe Kabunga. He will join the board of AKN as Chairman and he was part of the group of vendors of the Tanzanian Uranium assets. He traditionally takes a significant position in the companies he is involved with & as can be seen with yesterday's initial director notice, he is holding 40,500,000 shares in the total 202.8m shares on issue (post vend). This represents a 19.97% shareholding

    When assessing a company, management is the first place to look & Asimwe is of the highest caliber as he has had tremendous success in LIN & RMI, both of which have multi-multi bagged over 2022.

    While researching, I discovered that a lot of Asimwe Kabunga's followers co-invest with him & this was further confirmed yesterday when a notice of initial substantial holder was issued. It showed that Rohan Patnaik had taken a significant shareholding of 8m shares. What is of note here is that Rohan is also the #3 shareholder of LIN (Lindian Resources) which was perhaps Asimwe's greatest success story thus far as the SP ran from a 12m low of 2.6c to a 12m high of 36c

    (See screen shot below showing Rohan's notice)

    For mine, this is very bullish & confirmation that some of his largest backers (assuming this as he is #3 in LIN) are also backing him in here at AKN. This could bring a tidal wave of buying pressure when it really starts to get going.

    Uranium Assets in Tanzania

    The package of assets have significant historical exploration on them (pre fukushima 2012) and they look extremely promising. What's even better, is that they were paid for in shares which are further escrowed for 6 months - hence this demonstrates the vendor's belief in the projects & that they will be able to deliver shareholder value.

    Catalyst Hunter has a brilliant article on the assets they've acquired, here are a couple of snippets which I liked.

    Promotion

    Finally, no stock gets moving without any sort of promotion to market themselves to new shareholders & tell the story.

    I think the promotion of this story & their new assets will be first class given Uranium is front & center of the clean energy theme globally at the moment & the fact Asimwe Kabunga is involved.

    They are already on the Catalyst Hunter (Next Investors) stock list, so any material developments should get emailed out to their thousands of subscribers & it also appears that Asimwe is very active on social media. His last tweet on AKN received over 100 likes in under a week (see below)

    Further to this, it appears that they will be very active in the shareholder conference / presentation arena to promote awareness of the new assets. They're a week in to the acquisition & have already planned to speak at a shareholder conference next Wednesday (also below)

    Sorry for the long post, but I haven't been this excited in a large, prospective Uranium play in a very long time.

    Lets see how she goes.

    @Onspeed one to check out.
