Given the South Africa government rhetoric and the acute energy crisis with load shedding almost every day , I have no doubt CEL will be awarded its exploration license. The fact they announced that they were reprocessing the license applications and asked for an updated environmental plan adds greater certainty to the application. I do however agree that the lack of information in regards to the application progress and joint venture discussions by management is somewhat disappointing.This has hurt the stock as it has fallen substantially on small volumes caused IMO on lack of interest rather than on fundamentals.Hopefully as investors refocus on the enormous opportunity sanity will prevail !
