Paladin do sell to India, and have been for quite some time. Since they export out of Namibia and Malawi, and not out of Australia, they are not bound by Australia's export rules.
This is information I got during a conversation with JB some months ago when this was first proposed.
However, the share price may go up a bit carried on the wave of sentiment for the uranium industry in general. Maybe... ;)
What would really have a direct impact on Paladin would be mining uranium in Queensland - see my post on the other thread
