AEE is an interesting one. Really liking how each of the uranium players have their own unique edge. In comparison with other peers , AEE's U3O8 resource is nothing special - 52m lbs with a cut off 100ppm, both low cut off and small qty. However, opex 19.40 / lb would make AEE the second lowest operating cost uranium producer after BKY who has $15 / lb opex and a 194m market cap. Due to the low opex costs, mgmt have stated that the cut off may be lowered to increase the resource. Then add the 13.1b vanadium project into the mix, then things really do get interesting. Really looking forward to seeing the DFS for this one. With a 21m market cap, upside sure looks good.
