many people have already talked about PDN and takeover bid. it seems that every time any stock increases on the ASX everyone thinks it is been taken over.

takeover at these levels would be much harder when they could have done it when sp was at 1.50. sp it now at 2.70 (or thereabouts) and has hit highs of almost 3.00. PDN would want to put in bids of great excess of 3.00 to be successful and that would require around 600 million dollars for takeover, not including options and dilution, probably closer to 1 billion dollars soon.

very hard IMO, and not likely to happen.

i think SMM is safe and i want to see this one right till production.
