EME quarterly report to shareholders,
In response to media speculation Energy Metals has advised the ASX that it been
approached by a number of major uranium companies interested in the Company’s
advanced uranium assets. Jindalee Resources (Energy Metals’ largest shareholder with
10m shares and 5m options) has also indicated to ASX that it is prepared to sell its
shareholdings in Energy Metals if an attractive proposal is presented which is in the best
interests of all shareholders.
Discussions are at a preliminary stage only and at this point no firm proposals have been
received.
