Ya thats right - they took hold of 200m shares (23% of PEN) in the transaction - spun off 160m to PMH shareholders and retained 40m held in escrow til 7th June 2008. Leaves them now with a 5% holding or thereabouts.
I still have my pen holding, doubled it yesterday in fact on the news that they have acquired considerable more historical resources and the old Nubeth pilot processing plant. This too is near production plant in very friendly state for U308.
Just find it interesting, the push from these two partners for U308 at present. Have been reading up a fair bit on North Dakota U308 history and potential - positive, will be interesting to see how this new acquisition develops in the coming months. They have a short time frame on this... bades well.
