I think many will find that the upcoming Carbon Emissions playpen instituted by Howard, his Cabinet & relevant Depts, ASX20 etc will come out "for" nuclear power within Australia plus re-ignite the whole issue regarding a possible increase of our U exports - BHP is in the firing line...a few may come up...SMM, AGS, CMR etc ...not too many, however, the real crux is....and this is where Rudd falls down, is that Ziggy and others, people believe there can be no national carbon trading scheme without nuclear energy in Australia. Labor is going to change but the change will not increase much speculation IMO within the ASX - many might be dissappointed.

The real debate is how nuclear fuel/ energy is connected to carbon emissions you see. This is in fact the current political debate behind closed doors.
