I had expected to see that Monax had been selling off its MEU stake over the last few months. Quite the opposite, it shows that Monax have not been selling ANY stock since May 2013, other than this off-market sale last week. Monax are also doing a capital raising at the moment, so this appears to me as a reluctant sale because they need some cash to fund their own operations ...
Having said so, the filing suggests that Monax appear to be trying to hold on to their MEU holdings (whilst juggling their own operations), which rather makes sense given the current MEU price.
