@Names little if you read the @Papillon and @Trommel summary you would know that there is no alternative to MNS. Certain western EV manufacturer is desperate to get their hands on MNS graphite hence we can draw the conclusion that MNS is in the dominant position. As referenced in your comment, must be referring to Chinese end users.
In regards to you question about 'binding' off-takes that no one has any interest in discussing. I'm sure the existing Chinese, and coming western, partners understand that the Chinese 'binding' off-takes were just a place holder in order to keep things moving in a timely manner. In my opinion existing and potential partners will understand that there is 'binding' agreements and binding agreements in the best interest of shareholders.
