Is the old ring tail mining equipment in 'care and maintenance'. Could the JV partners revive this and begin mining straight away. Is there any other local plant available that could be brought to life to capitalise on the existing mines. Just a thought but may explain their referance to "Advanced Mining and Exploration Ventures".
