THR last told us that they were planning and preparing to drill for uranium at the Daicos area at Harts Range. Permission to drill was being sort from the traditional land owners.
More than enough time has passed for this to be acheived, and we should be told in the end April progress report that drilling is underway.
We should all remember that this is no wild unknown area; THR has reported very rich uranium surface samples of up to 19% U3O8 from Daicos. Rangers grades have been averaging about 0.27% U3O8 by comparison.Uranium at $US71 per pound equates to $A170,000 per tonne of U3O8. So the Ranger ore would bring in a revenue of about $A460 per tonne, even at those grades.Conix
