He has already decided not to continue it. Russia and the U.S have a new deal kicking in in 2014 instead but it involves far less Uranium and doesn't reach it's peak till 2015. BY 2015 it will still only supply half of what they get under the current deal. The U.S will be back on the market for Uranium. Along with China, India, Japan... need I go on?
