I would consider this a great vote of confidence in the resurrection of the Nuclear/ U Industry.
UBS has become a substantial holder of PDN (now holding 5.05% of 42.2M shares at $1.50 a share (now) that is a resonable investment.
If they are seeing the low of the U cycle & dipping their toes in then hopefully others with the cash backing will follow as well
