Uranium accounts for ~10% of Nuclear power cash costs. So there is no real ceiling or anything stopping uranium hitting $150/lb.
But, yes is BOE over valued? does it deserve to be at such a premium to Paladin, Cameco etc? I don't know. Will BOE trade as high once its producing? Will investors begin looking into cash flows and quality of earnings? maybe...
