re: free options...one week to buy Did some research it seems 1/3rd of the co's shares are tied up with these three co's so only 20 mill shares are probably tradeable, directors also hold a bunch aswell so its a very tightly held co.

Also note a lot of chinese in the top 20 and one of USA's BoD's is the representative for Beijing's Nuclear Energy govt agency.
