what do you think will move the sp? have been to the area around Taylor Ranch? lots of tree-changers/hobby farmers/ i.e. beautiful country.. on the other hand if you have a look at where ROY's j/v partner Energy Fuels http://www.energyfuels.com/ they are well on the way to being first permitted U308 plant in 25 years.. on top of that ROY has a huge iron ore play which includes infrastructure nearby port and rail and have a Chinese j/v partner to BFS...led by ex RIO exec's Marcus Flis... they are v.determined-IMHO
