    < 12c would be selling WWB too cheap
    @ 13-17 would prob be fair (including BRC in there)
    > 18-24 would require lot more effort in updating resources with PoG & everything else going their way.

    not sure we’ll get good value out of JV tbh given the BEE stake complicates it further
