Dont want to be pedantic but RTM advised that MME had said THEIR decision would be advised by "Months end".RTM did not explicitly say it would announce before the end of June!
That does not automatically mean a similtaneous RTM Announcement also.Clarifications may need to be sought etc before a clear RTM announcement is made.

Just making this point as there seems to be many RTM knockers around that use anything to belittle the company. If The RTM announcement is delayed for any reason, forget MME responsibilities and clarifications, they will be right into the company!
