the article mentions the threat of chinese military conflict, and uses it as a reason Japan should use nuclear reactors ... yet if an earthquake can cause nuclear radiation to become a hazard, imagine what a targeted chinese missle would do to those reactors. Military conflict fears seems more of a reason to shut the reactors down, rather than to increase them.
