Placements of shares to cornerstone investors and such can be done at premiums to the shareprice. Our market cap is less than $10mil so it would need to be at a pretty high premium.

But, Mining at Hansen is still minimum 3 yrs away, so I'm not too sure on this one. I would think it has something to do with A/T but we didn't pay all that much to acquire it, so how would we get another player to pay a large sum for a stake in it?

I'm thinking its a share placement as part of a loan to get the unit built, would that still come under the category of 'capital raising'?
