Hi Danube, I agree with most of what you say in-so-much that there are an awful lot of potential u producers on the horizon and only an indeterminate amount of potential usage. A lot of promises, with most all these new reactors many years away.
Where I disagree is that my feeling is that there will be a bottle-neck forming sometime soon (months or a year away). Not many of the proposed mines will be ready before 2012-13 or beyond, so anybody that can get going before will get the emerging contracts. In four years or so there is a potential for over-supply from what I can see. Cost of production will be of increasing importance, but you are probably right, the spectacular gains are now history.
Also, bly is not a u play, probably a typo.
