The thing is they have a major U target that just needs to be drilled. If it has the 'goods' then resource estimation etc, EIS, mining permits would follow in due course.
Having cash flows from a large copper mine running in the meantime does make it a nice bonus (if a U resource were proven) at some stage down the track.
