I think the Japanese bought their U at $70.00/lbs back in the day so, if they were to sell, it wouldn't be until Spot rises to those levels.
I don't think they sell though - by the time we get to $70.00/lbs (hopefully) loads more of their reactors will be back on line - is it 30 they're turning back on, with 9 already back on, out of 45 total?
