They have already removed some Russian Banks from SWIFT
I don't think it will have the impact the West thinks because
Many of the Russian rich transferred their wealth to Russia after the Crimea annexation of 2014
Russia have disposed of the vast majority of their US$ holdings and replaced them with gold
Cash reserves of US$650B equivalent are held in Euro's Yen Yuan etc . but very little in USA$
Russia is selling US$ 80B in oil & Gas to China and India is treating Russia as a friend despite Western pressure
This sanction is already greatly weakened IMHO
They have already removed some Russian Banks from SWIFTI don't...
