the sector already had plenty of tailwinds without any sanction related boost. im relatively new to this scene but started buying here and other U stocks based on the fundamentals at play that you guys would be well aware of before this invasion - it gave me a nice pullback to buy into though. The Russia thing, tailwind or not, was not necessarily needed and definitely not wanted for this play to work out. I'll take any bonus push U may get abut i hate seeing what's going on over there...just crazy.
