hahaha talk about down ramping! Delisted? due to 2 board members selling some shares?
Similar action happend with BMN a few months back, a lot of ditectors are not paid much and are paid via shares and options. We dont know their situation, but a lot of the time directors are forced to sell holding to keep up with their tax obligations
