yeah, I agree.
Its a free market. Directors can buy or sell as long as its within the trading windows.
There are tonnes of reasons for selling, be it meeting tax obligation, topping up margin calls (a lot of tech shares dropped 30-40% or more in the last couple of weeks), paying for divorce settlement, buying new car, purchasing property etc & etc...
With the elevated property price, 1 mil or 2 mils are nothing...
All Sydneysiders who own a property or two are millionaires. And you need at least 1 mil to purchase a run-down, close to non-liveable condition house in a below average suburbs.
