AFR street talk reporting this morning.....
"Paladin Energy is expected to be cap in hand in front of investors seeking to raise $200 million on Thursday morning. Stockbrokers Canaccord and Shaw and Partners were lining up support ahead of the deal, broker sources said. The deal was expected at 72¢ a share. The stock last closed at 79¢".
IMHO This could potentially drag on price today, but as it is fully underwritten and if it is executed quickly, then potentially it focusses the market onto the clear runway for restart of LH. Dilution but with removal of one of the final hurdles before a clear upside. Here hoping the sp is above 80 by close of week.
