Ok, now the short position makes more sense. PDN was obviously in discussions with brokers over the last months, these decisions don't come out of the blue, and some of them started shorting knowing full well they could cover at a discount through the offering....free money. While this will still be seen as positive in the market, as spot uranium keeps climbing, it is disappointing to me since they had no debt. They could have easily done a debt deal, which would have been seen a lot more positively, and then raised capital later at a higher price and without broker price suppresion.
