In my view there has been consistent selling by one of the large holders. Every day's open trades up, then the rest of the day trades down, until the close, when it rises a little or trades flat.
The price rise is definitely underperforming the market, but once the seller is gone then the price could easily double, just to play catch up. Even so, it is still a little frustrating to watch when the market is so strong.
