Darren, start with how much $ it will take them to extract..then sell it. That's were ISR has it all over the hard rock producers.
Untill the price of U is at least $55 or $60, the hard rocks aren't profitable.
It's were the likes of 'others' being polite comes to account. It's why BOE, PEN and the Kazaks come into play earlier and will survive down turns..(hence 20 years in the U game). Cameco has some mass resource type playes that are profitable at low cost too.
The ride into the new generation type play is equally fraught with dangers. As the latest news has taught us. Be on the side of a profitable play at low cost is best bet......and in a jurisdiction like oz....or the US.
