    Yes correct @wrongsidetrader that's my logic and rough calcs based on $70/lb sale price (not spot price, contract or sale price is historically 26% above spot price and this premium could increase), and historical mining PE of 10-15. Remembering too that when the market gets hot PE's might rise well above 10-15.

    Regarding Sprott entering the Uranium Market via a physical trust which is buying lbs on market this can only be a good thing as it will certainly be a further drain on supply and tighten the market. The big utilities companies will probably already be a little worried how this might play out and could start buying stock earlier than previously planned. So overall a very good impact to both price and timing.
