If I was Sibelco right now I would be making my own approaches to PSC making sure they are at the table for any future decisions. Then as you rightly point out, there has to be at least one possibly two other majors sniffing about.
Focus on getting Arcadia going first and the rest will play out with a lithium price significantly higher than where it is currently IMO
