here's the logical answer for you. the rare earths monopoly is held by mainland china as we speak.
the world is looking to counter balance that fact. the uranium is a small hurdle being dramatised with words and nothing more. this will go ahead with the same risks as any other mine. it's a political wank at the moment which is wasting time with an inevitable outcome.
