as with all parliaments there has been a time slippage on the uranium bill the 2nd reading is now on the 2nd of November while the third reading is now down for the 9th meaning the earliest the bill will come into effect will be the 10th of November. unless more slippage occurs but i have no doubt it will go through in this session which has about another month to go.
