Thank you for your post and thank you to all* the posters today. It seems the events of the past week or so has really sought the hay from the chaff as far the quality of posters and posts. The posts of the last few days, (with all the different views) have been straight up, respectful and without a hidden agenda. Thank you.

I am concerned with the FA of PEN. This stems from being a retail investor and thus being on the outer compared to insiders, sophisticated, etc. I sense something else is going on. The decline in SP cannot be neatly dismissed by Europe, etc. It has been happening longer and greater than that. (I stress the word, sense. I have no proof.)

At this stage I am prepared to take PEN on trust but will be emailing the company my concerns. I will post them when I get an answer. I hope others do as well.
