uranium potential looks very real, page-13

Just picked up the latest copy (mar/april)of resource stocks. There's a full page add by SRE with a map of OZ and Redbank copper highlighted as well as cape york/tiwi zircon and Mt Ida/carnegie gold and the captions 'High grade copper,zircon,gold' 'current market opportunities to acquire well valued assets'
As RCP has put out announcements that NPV of the project is worth over 7cents per share pre consolidation is there any redress against a low ball offer or does the majority shareholder vote carry regardless of weather full value is recieved by the co.
I feel it will definitely be higher than it is now when they drill and get closer to production, just don't know where the low will be prior to it or what shares in what co I will be holding rcp/sre or other in event of a takeover.
Any thoughts/advice?
